SURF LESSONS

Surfing is a sport that goes far beyond just riding the waves. It promotes joy, resilience, health and a great connection with the ocean! It's a sport in which you stand on the board and go from the classic glide across the surface of the waves to the most radical maneuvers such as a rip, an aerial or a fantastic tube! It's a full-body workout that activates large muscle groups, improves blood flow, helps reduce shallow breathing and increases heart rate.

“Surfing is a magical event in a person's life.”

Methodology

Classes with a teacher who has graduated in Physical Education for over 10 years, a surfer for over 24 years, registered and accredited with CREF/SC and CREF/RS, with knowledge in physiology, body kinesiology and biomechanics, using methodology and teaching methods appropriate for each student and with training in first aid.

👥Private classes or small groups of up to 2 or 3 people. Our classes are small, valuing the quality of the classes and 100% student satisfaction. The progress in each class is significant when the teacher is fully focused on the student.
